Ashley L. Freeman is a devoted wife, loving stepmother, community leader, and experienced healthcare professional who leads with heart, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to service.

Ashley has always been passionate about lifting up those around her. She formerly served as vice president and later chairwoman of Petal Band Boosters and treasurer of Petal Speech & Debate Booster Club, devoting countless hours to empowering students through music, academics, and activities that build confidence and character.

Professionally, Ashley brings nearly two decades of expertise in pharmacy operations and patient and client success. She currently serves as an Account Manager at Red Sail Technologies. Her career path includes roles as an Account Manager at PioneerRx, Pharmacy Manager at Precision Pharmacy Compounding & Wellness in Hattiesburg, and her start as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy. In every position, she has been recognized for her attention to detail, strong leadership, and genuine care for the teams and clients and patients she supports.

Beyond her career, Ashley is a dedicated stepmom and, along with her husband, Roy, raised her younger cousin, Kade, as their own. She has poured the same love, stability, and guidance into her blended family that she brings to every part of her life.

Today, Ashley stands proudly beside her husband, Roy W. Freeman Jr., as an integral part of the Freeman Family. Together they are the namesakes of ARFFO LLC (Ashley & Roy Freeman Family Office), the family’s single-family office established in 2026 to steward their legacy, investments, and multi-generational vision.

Ashley serves as the driving force behind Freeman Empire Impact — the philanthropic and community-impact arm of the Freeman Empire. Guided by the family’s four pillars (Family · Legacy · Wealth · Impact) and motto Nec temere, nec timide (“Neither rashly, nor timidly”), she leads initiatives that invest in people, strengthen communities, and create measurable, lasting good.
